The South Park Born in Chaos event is a limited-time collaboration that strictly runs for four weeks. The servers went live with the v33.20 update, and the event is scheduled to conclude on February 5, 2026. After this end date, all event-specific items like the Stick of Truth and Cheesy Poofs will be vaulted, and the Cartmanland POI will likely be reverted or destroyed.

To match the chaotic energy of the show, Epic Games has introduced the Quints playlist. This is a Limited Time Mode (LTM) that increases the standard squad size from four to five players. This change fundamentally alters the flow of combat, encouraging larger team fights and more complex strategies.

In Quints, there are 20 teams of 5 on the map, totaling 100 players. The loot pool has been adjusted to support larger teams, with increased spawn rates for healing items like Cheesy Poofs. The northern snowy region of the map has been completely transformed into Cartmanland. This massive new Point of Interest (POI) is the centerpiece of the update. Exploring Cartmanland is essential for completing daily quests. Be warned: this area is a hot drop.
